Booking
Bookings are confirmed by phone or email. A deposit may be required for peak season or group bookings. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival may forfeit the deposit.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Late arrivals can be arranged by phone. Check-out is by 11am. Luggage can be stored if you are continuing your journey.
House Rules
Brennan's B&B is a non-smoking property. We welcome well-behaved dogs in The Garden Room by prior arrangement. Please let us know about any dietary requirements for breakfast.
Liability
Brennan's B&B takes reasonable care to ensure guest safety and comfort. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property during your stay.
